Hmmmm, Beer!
Fourteenth Annual
KROC World Brewers Forum (TM)

Taking Brewing To New Heights

The Fourteenth Annual KROC World Brewers Forum™ was perhaps our best yet (but we always say that). This year we had three speakers at the event: Steve Presley, Senior Assistant Brewmaster for Anheuser-Busch, Inc in Fort Collins, Colorado;  Greg Koch, CEO and Co-Founder of Stone Brewing Co. in Escondido, California; and Tony Simmons,  President and Head Brewer of Pagosa Brewing Co. in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

The theme this year was "Taking Brewing to New Heights", with the poster resembling a Colorado License Plate but was with respect to homebrewing excellence in the spirit of Colorado's magnificent 14ers!  We had 14 different homebrews as well as some commercial brews on tap.  Style category 14 is IPA and this beer was surely on tap.  There was a raffle and silent action and prizes included homebrewing equipment, gift certificates and more!  KROC's brewers work hard to produce some of the finest home-brewed beer ever served. This was our Second Annual WBF Homebrew Competition which featured India Pale Ales.

A portion of the proceeds from the event went to The Children's Hospital of Denver.

With RSVP, admission to the event is free, including beer, food and arm loads of great giveaways.
